Economic opportunity is one of the most powerful drivers of inclusion. When people can earn a living, build assets, and participate in markets on fair terms, they gain greater control over their lives and a stronger voice in their communities. Yet many people face structural barriers — limited skills, exclusion from finance, discrimination, or markets that don't serve them.

How this work takes shape.
Our work begins by understanding those barriers in context. We support approaches that expand livelihoods, strengthen entrepreneurship, build skills, and open access to markets. We work with community organizations, enterprises, and institutions to identify where change is possible and to support practical, evidence-informed action.
Our role is primarily to support programs, partners, and the conditions that make economic participation possible. We do not typically provide direct grants to individuals.
We focus where there is a clear need, a viable pathway to change, and partners ready to act. We rely on evidence and community input to guide those choices.
We work with community organizations, enterprises, training providers, financial institutions, and public bodies committed to inclusive economies.
